Big Data for Reproductive Health

One-third of women in low and middle income settings around the world who begin using a modern method of contraception discontinue it within a year. From May 2019 to May 2020, I was part of a team to make data on this phenomenon accessible to key family planning decision makers in an effort to better understand women's needs and target resources to improve women's health globally.
