Netflix in the COVID-19 Era
For our final project in my Markets and Marketing course at Duke University, we were asked to investigate how a particular company has adapted to COVID-19. My team and I chose to examine Netflix, a brand that has emerged as "virtually virus-proof" despite COVID-19's devastating impact on nearly all industries, including Netflix's own media and entertainment sector.
